RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the holistic marketing management and the marketing team for Walt Disney World Meetings and Conventions, determining awareness building strategies, lead generation strategy and sales support using business strategies as the foundation. Develop and implement a go-to-market plan, working with all partners to execute tactics. Understand, quantify and communicate the results of marketing overall and specific campaigns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* 10+ years of strategic and tactical marketing management including creative strategy development
* Demonstrated ability as a team leader
* Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
* Demonstrated strong partnering skills
* Ability to create strategic documents articulating marketing plans
* Proven experience managing costs and budget forecasts
* Demonstrated strong negotiating and influencing abilities
* Desired experience in meetings, convention or hotel marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement strategic marketing programs and brand initiatives to build awareness, enhance the brand and drive incremental attendance. Analyze and interpret data to determine marketing program performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue and operating income. Develop effective strategic plans and lead cross-discipline team members in developing and implementing integrated marketing plans and product content. Act as liaison with cross-functional partners, providing leadership on marketing and brand strategy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
* Strong business metric skills
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining cross functional relationships
* Proven strategic marketing skills and strong presentation skills
* Demonstrated leadership with cross-functional teams
* Demonstrated ability to analyze and draw marketing implications from research and other data sources
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* MBA or equivalent

The Financial Service Associate position is a sales position with The Prudential Insurance Company of America selling insurance and financial services. Financial Services Associates participate in a comprehensive development program, developing product knowledge, and selling experience while offering appropriate insurance and investment products to help clients meet their financial goals.

After the training and development program, many will continue to be financial services generalists, assisting clients with a range of insurance and investment needs; others will go on to develop a specialty, such as fee-based financial planning, insurance for business needs, or estate planning needs.

Overall Duties and Responsibilities

-  Sell new insurance and investment products

-  Solicit new customers through approved techniques and methods

-  Conserve existing insurance and investments products

-  Service the insurance and investment needs of all owners of policies issued or offered by Prudential Financial companies
