"On March 15, the CFL Black MBA Association hosted an Expand Your Horizon Restaurant Series at Kobes Japanese Restaurant for members and prospective members. The event provided a great opportunity for the attendees to have dinner, socialize, and network with chapter members. The turnout was excellent with a total of 41 people in attendance. On April 24th, the CFL Black MBA Association hosted a Networking Event at Seasons 52 for members and prospective members. The event provided a great opportunity for the attendees to have appetizers, socialize, and network with chapter members. The turnout was excellent with close to 30 people in attendance. 

On June 14th, the CFL Black MBA Association hosted a Picnic at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake for members, prospective members, and their family. We raffled gift cards and all proceeds went to the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) 2008 Scholarship Fund. The event provided a great opportunity for the attendees to have great food, socialize, and network with chapter members. The turnout was excellent with approximately 60 attendees. This is just one of several events to come during the year.
