Functional Level Strategy: Focused “Best-Value” provider.  Basically, we want to deliver the “most bang for our buck.”  A more formal definition would be described as follows:

The Central Florida Chapter’s policy of “focused best value” principles is to provide quality service and value that converges with the community's needs and the Chapter’s investment.  Under best value principles, the Central Florida Chapter has a duty to try and continuously improve the services it provides and the ways in which these services are provided.  As such, we will review our activities in line with our mission, strategic vision and best value principles and make certain that we have action plans in place to ensure improvements are made and that our services are meeting the needs of Central Florida’s communities, our members and our partners.
